∙ 15y agoThe 1935 Cubs won 21 consecutive games. The streak began on September 4, at which time the Cubs had a record of 79-52, and ended September 27. The Cubs lost their next two games to finish with a record of 100-54, 4 games ahead of the St. Louis Cardinals for 1st place in the National League.
