I believe NYC and Boston are the hardest. I've run both this year. I'd say NYC is a bit more difficult than Boston. I believe the 3 others are easier because they're flat.
I don't know which one is the hardest between London, Chicago and Berlin. I would think Berlin is the easiest, then Chicago then London followed by Boston and finally NYC.
