Well, I was trying to figure this out also, but I am a 32H or 34G depending on the bra. They are natural and I am not overweight, and I am sure that there are people that have larger breasts than I do without being extremely overweight. I would guess that there has to be someone out there with at least a 32 or 34 J or K cup. It is just hard to know because most women wear the wrong bra size and it is really difficult to get a bra cup size larger than an I.
I think, possibly, the largest breasts belong to Norma Stitz, a USA born nude model, with a web page (look up her name and you'll find pictures), originally named Annie Hawkins-Turner. Supposedly she wears a size 56WW Bra. However, she could be considered "extremely" overweight. No definite answer can be given as long as "extremely overweight" is undefined. The chubbier, the more likely the breasts will store fat and get bigger. There is also something called Gigantomastia that sometimes happens to women when pregnant. A book called "Human Oddities" by Martin Monestier has a topless photo of a woman with 44-pound breasts measuring 33 inches in circumference. Google "Gigantomastia" and you'll see some astonishing medical photos.

-- I think AA is the smallest cup size you can have. AA means the circumference around the breast is the same size as the circumference around the torso beneath the breast, so you can't get any smaller than that.
