BMX bikes are pretty much all in the same size with 20-inch wheels, so if you're really getting a BMX there isn't much of a choice.
BMX bikes are being manufactured in 26" and even as large as 700C (28")
Most websites have their own sizing charts on the website if not just email them they'll gladly help you, from there its all about preference.
