this may sound wierd to all cheerleaders, but halfs to fulls are the hardest, all though all libs and extnsions are done "in full" they are fundamentally easier than a half to a full, and surprisingly a straight up full is a lot easier than a half to a full. answer: half to a full

Yes, I could be a bow-n-arrow, but I would personaly say a one man. Those boys lifting up those girls, with maybe only one hand! It must be so hard to pop them up, and lift them, and maybe even do a rewind with them! It is very interesting to watch(:

There isn't one really toughest move. Among the hardest is a double-double (two flips with two twists) which can be done on bars, beam, or floor. Triple twists are also extremely hard, as well as almost any moves that are done in sequence.

there are no set 'moeves' in Cheerleading. all routines are made up as original routines by coaches. one of the hardest jumps would be a ' double nine' or a 'pike'.
