Sadly world records, and records in general are not kept by age. They simply record the "best" and "fastest" time by any individual of any age.
If you wanted to base your time in comparison to average ages though, that may prove beneficial. The average avid runner can run an 800 in 2:40-3:00 minutes. Any lower is just icing on the cake.
There is no 500 meters race in the world championship. They go from 400 to 800. There is a 5000 meters race though.

As of my last update in October 2023, the fastest recorded time for the 800 meters by an under-12 male athlete is 1:54.54, achieved by Athing Mu in 2016. This time is noteworthy in youth athletics and showcases exceptional talent at a young age.
