i know a guy who is about to turn 15, he can do it in 10.78 seconds...i know this for a fact because i was there when it happend...he isn't a runner but a rower! you should be happy if your in the 11s.

Wow what a lie! The World Record is 9.58 by Usain Bolt. The fastest time for a 13 year old is probably an 11.2 but that's just a guess!
