responsive is where there is no cushioning in the boots so you can turn and run faster and cushioned is where there is cushioning in the boot and it is more comfortable but you might not be able to turn or run faster. i think that cushioned is better because your feet are more comfortable and the speed and turning ability isn't really in the boot it is in the player
