Chess is not a game of probability. The chance of any single event occurring in a match depends entirely on the players involved and the strategems and tactics they use.
In the game of chess only the pawns enjoy the privilege of being promoted once they reach the end of the board to any piece other than the King .
Occasionally playing chess requires more pieces than required in the set, when pawns are promoted to other pieces when they reach the 8th rank.
im not quite sure what you mean, but a knight can land on any particular square as many times as it wants (in its turn, of course) there are no limits to how many times a peice can land on a square, but some peices cant reach certain squares, i don't think. hope this helped :D
No. Captured chess pieces are pieces that have been taken from the board by other pieces, and as such are no longer part of the game. However if a pawn makes it to the 'far' rank (the row closest to your opponent) it may be 'promoted' to any piece besides a king (traditionally it is promoted to a queen)

In chess, two players can reach a point where neither one of them can win. Rather than a checkmate, you have a stalemate. You cannot go any further in your negotiations is what the most common meaning is.
