Try Speed cream, you can get it at pretty much any skate shop. I personally use 3 in 1 lubricant, you can get it at any Lowes or Home Depot, and then I spray a Teflon lubricant into them after they are all clean. !

You can buy special skateboard/inline bearing grease, several brands available.

But these are almost always repackaged industrial greases.

I've used everything from high-grade lithium greases down to generic greases for heavy equipment and really haven't noticed much difference.

Maybe a little advantage to the whiter, more transparent stuff compared to the really dark brown, murky ones.

use a specific ball bearing cleaner. wd 40 is not good it make everything an issue. bones has a speed creem luibe specially for skateboards and its about 5-8 $
