Try Speed cream, you can get it at pretty much any skate shop. I personally use 3 in 1 lubricant, you can get it at any Lowes or Home Depot, and then I spray a Teflon lubricant into them after they are all clean. !

∙ 9y agoYou can buy special skateboard/inline bearing grease, several brands available.
But these are almost always repackaged industrial greases.
I've used everything from high-grade lithium greases down to generic greases for heavy equipment and really haven't noticed much difference.
Maybe a little advantage to the whiter, more transparent stuff compared to the really dark brown, murky ones.

By "berrings" i assume you mean "bEArings". Anyway, its kinda like opening a bottle of beer. Take the wheel with the bearings off the trucks, and use the end of the hangar of the truck to prize out the bearing. Easy as pie!
