The best ones are the longer ones because they have more
control and roll smoother, but there usally more expensive
than smaller ones.
There is no best or worst Sector 9 longboard, or any longboard for that matter. This answer is all about preference and riding style. If you are into downhill the best board will be different from someone into carving. I am personally into downhill and I like the new Sector 9 Downhill Division boards, they are really nice.
I would say the Malakai... Because I like Lakai Shoes.
sector 7
there is no best longboard for anything there just different but a good crusing board must be quiet smooth and easy to push.
The sector nine 9 star is the best board because it can go extremely fast and not speed wobble. It's a drop through so you can carve really well on it.
The best brand is Original, but they are some what expensive so i recommend Sector 9.
The best known, most popular carving longboards are Loaded brand boards and Original brand boards. Specifically the Original Apex 37 or the Loaded Tan Tien or Loaded Dervish.
the type of longbored is one the does not look like shyt
There are many good long boards, but it is all personal preference so there really is no, "best longboard." The best board for carving would be a Loaded Dervish or Loaded Tan Tien or some original board probably and apex 37. For downhill, its Evo or a Rayne board. Don't buy a Drifter!
Loaded Vanguard, no competition, these boards were designed with that exact concept, make sure you get the right flex. Its all on their website.
A decent, standard, fully set-up longboard can run anywhere from $150.00 to $300.00. Decks, by themselves, are usually between $50.00 to $120.00. If you're new to longboarding, and don't want to spend too much money, then invest in a Sector 9, Arbor, or Dregs brand longboard. They're some of the best boards, and they are very cheap. Standard boards by these brands are usually about $160.00 and come with the full set up. (Trucks, Wheels, Deck, Bearings, etc.)
You can use a longboard on any type of wave but gently breaking waves are best.
