It may be a little slower than you think. Most people grossly overestimate their 40 times because they rely on numbers they hear from the NFL combine to guess their own. The average high school soccer player is probably somewhere around 4.8 or 4.9, which is relatively fast for soccer players who generally are better distance than short range runners.
An average time for the 400 is about 70 seconds. If you get 60 seconds that is very good. If you get 80, you are not terrible but you are a little worse than average. I am a female in high school and I run a 68 second 400 meter dash
