With that little information it is hard to tell. Are they healthy and active, a girl a boy. It is hard to tell but anything under 2.30 is good, but don't worry some star track runners don't start running till their in middle or high school. At that age who cares.
For a seven year old? well, i haven't heard much of seven year olds running 100 meter dashes yet, but I'm just going off on a limb here and saying maybe somewhere between 18-21 seconds? Maybe, I'm not too sure...
It is probly around 8-9 minutes + or - some. If the kid is athletic they could get around 7. Im not sure 6 is so realistic though.
