3.50m-4.50m would be average Anything over 5.25m would be very good.

Around 8-10 feet. Some of the longest jumps in my middle school district get around 12 or 13 feet, but 8-10 is the average for a good long jumper.
4m-5m would be average Over 6m would be very good if you train alot in a powerfull take off and a good hang position in the air followed by a good leg shoot you should jump a average of 6.15 meters
