A healthy athletic male should be able to bench their own body wieght, however if he is tall with more of his body weight distributed to his skeletal system he might not be able to. Of course if he is of average height 5'10" (give or take an inch) and applies himself in the gym he may be able to bench upwards of 300lbs.

most guys cant bench there own body weight, so do that and ur legit. im 6'3 and 175. bench 285 max. squat 550. not on juice, just train and ull be ight
