the youngest would be 16 years of age but not many get to go to the Olympics at that age but you never know when you have a great drive and compassion for the sport

You can compete at any age, assuming that you can stand up on skates. Competitions make sure that younger kids aren't thrown in with the sixteen year olds, and it's actually good to start early. For the olympics, though, the minimum age is 15.

Go to www.isu.org and see how old you can compete to, but if you want to know how old you can be to skate for recreational purpopses then there is no limit.
