What is the New Orleans Saint's mascot?

There are two Official Mascots, Sir Saint, a Caricature Football Player with a Football Helmet on his huge head. His most distinguishing feature is a large chin. Gumbo used to be a real Saint Bernard Dog named Gumbo. He went into hiatus for a while, emerging later in the form of a person in a Dog Outfit who stands on two legs. Gumbo is the Official Mascot of Children's Program.
