It's easier to do a back flip. You get more leverage, and you can control you path and landing much, much better.

Well I can do a front flip on the trampoline and I learned when I was six. But I'm trying to do a back flip and it is hard, but I have heard that doing a back flip is SO MUCH EASIER!!

I am a gymnast/freerunner and I'd say a back flip is easier but there more fear but a front flip is harder(you need more height and a faster tuck) but less fear.

You should go on youtube and search for a guy called jujimufu or Epic1 they have helped me a lot these last few years.

It's Harder to do a back flip, most importantly because people have a fear of going backwards.

A frontflip is harder than a backflip because you have to use more force to go forward than backward. Therefore, a frontflip takes extra energy and is harder to land/rotate. Since a backflip takes less energy it is easier to complete. They both take a lot of skill but I would start with a back-handspring, then a backflip, then a front-handspring, and then a frontflip. Good luck!

definitly a back hand spring if you arent scared to go backwords

For me it would be a front flip. Even though I can do both I just got my front flip first. For me on my back hand spring I had the fear on falling on my head, but in a front flip if you chicken out or mess up all you have to do is put your hands down. But everyone is different. :)

Backflips are actually easier, but I would start with a frontflip because they are not as scary, and much safer.

Is a front tuck harder than a back tuck?

There is not a big difference. In a front flip, you do not have to tuck in your feet/calfs, however with the front tuck, your hands have to be wrapped around your feet and bottom part of your legs. So, a front tuck would be a bit easier for some people, and a front flip would be easier for other people.

Is a backflip easier than a frontflip?

No, backflips are much harder. I tried, even with 2 spotters, I still got hurt. I learned how to do a front flip when I was 6 and I still don't know how to do a backflip.

Is a front-handspring easier than a back-handspring?

Here is how to do a back hand spring. (WARNING: do not try this without a spotter if you have never done it before. You might break your back or neck if you do it without a spotter the first time. If you already know how to do it, and have done it without a spotter, don't do it on a hard surface unless you have had years of experience. If you fall, you might get injured.) First, do a backbend very fast and before your hands can touch the ground and extend your legs so there straight up in the air. Then spring your legs backwards and you will land in a standing position. ook i honestly think a front hand spring is better because you have more control, jump as high as you can onto your hands extend your arm or just fall into the bridge possition and pull up so jump to hands bridge feet quit easy

How do you tell the difference between a front handspring and a front walkover?

A front walk over is going to look like someone doing a cartwheel frontwards. A front hand spring is more of a rapid and quick motion. There should more fluidity and grace to a front walk over than a front hand spring. In a front walk over you should land with one foot on the ground and one foot in the air. A front handspring should be landed with two feet on the ground and both knees slightly bent.

Is it possible to do a one handed front hand spring?

Yes, it is possible. Doing a one handed front hand spring is no different than doing a one handed cartwheel. maybe practice doing one handed cartwheels, then front walkovers, then work your way up to a one handed front handspring.

Which is harder a backflip or a wall flip?

It depends. If you are on a trampoline obviously you can't do a wall flip! But back flips are easiest on trampolines! If you are doing a back flip on the ground it is much harder. If you are doing a back flip of a house or shed, it is easier than on ground but harder than doing one on a trampoline. So it all depends on the back flip. But you should try and see, while someone spots you if you don't know how, which bac kflip you would like do. And try to learn how to do a wall flip, if you haven't already, and try it. Then do all the back flips, and do a wall flip with each one.

Is the Flip Ultra HD better than Kodak Zi8 HD?

I did a whole lot of research before buying the camcorder that I found to be the best. I was comparing the flip ultra and mino hd with the Kodak zi8. The Kodak Zi8 has better quality footage and is easier to view you videos you have recorded since it has a bigger screen. The optical zoom is also a load better than the zoom of the tiny flip hd cams. I own a Zi8 and i recommend you buying that over the flip camcorders.
