Some breakers can trip totally off. If the breaker is continually turning off without a wiring issue, then the breaker could be going bad.

Sometimes breakers have to be rearranged in the electrical panel to keep high current breakers away from each other. The ambient temperature of adjacent breakers will raise a breakers temperature and cause needless tripping.
