As a softball player and the league i play in its a very good question. I would say that it would very between 13 and 14 sec. It really determines by how fast you can run, so there is no real answer but i think it is between 13 and 14 sec.

Average is about 3.2 seconds. Good is around 2.8 and very good would be 2.5.
