Big Air is a competition in Freestyle skiing.
It takes place on a single big Ramp/ Jump, that skiiers do tricks over, consisting of various spins and grabs. It is usually judged on categories such as difficulty, creativity and style by a panel of judges.
It can also be used to reference a big jump/ kicker itself, or 'Big Mountain' skiing, if the skiiers are dropping big cliffs.
