1. squat onto and jump off a box with straight body. Jump to squat feet between hands, push from box to straighten body into a stretched jump. 2. A headstand with legs straight. Keep body very straight, head between arms. Form a triangle with hands and head on the floor. Bend knees to chest then stretch. 3. From straddle sit, circle roll sideways to face opposite direction[Clown roll or Teddy bear roll]. Keep good posture in straddle sit, stretch legs and ankles in the roll . 4. Half lever with one foot resting on the floor, 3 seconds on each leg. 5. From back lying push to bridge. Feet flat, legs together, arms straight and shoulder width, head between arms. 6. With partner, counter balance. Keep body straight and with tension lean away from partner until balance achieved. 7. Single knee balance. From kneeling one foot and knee on the floor. 8. Handstand against a wall. Good flat back position required, good body tension and control. 9. Throw and catch a ball three times. Practice catching with both hands and with left or right. 10. Jump upwards full turn. Use arms to gain height and rotation. Feet together, soft landing. Phew!! That's a lot sorry guys a wrote too much but I had to.

It will depend on what country and division you are referring to. For example, in Canada, a level 3 highschool level routine is not the equivalent to a level 3 provincial level routine.
