23.50 will be acceptable
Jesse Owens is a good one. In the 1936 Olympics in Berlin, he one 4 gold medals. He set three world records; in the 100m dash, the 200m dash, and the long jump. He also tied the world record in the 4x100m relay. They even dedicated a track for him in his honor. It's called the Jesse Owens stadium and it's in Ohio.
35 secs is great keep on going but im running it in 34 at the moment
MY TIMES: 100m-13.9400m-1:09800m-2:501600m-6:42Never Run 200m Should I do track?
Well I'm 10 and i ran it in 28.5 but i think average for 11 is about 32 good is 29 and super good is like 27.
A good time to run it in is .... * a girl = 12/13 seconds for a 100 and about 26/27 in 200m * a boy = 10/12 seconds for a 100 and about 23/25 in 200m
Yes, I am 15 and can run 200m in about 26 seconds, so that is pretty decent.
In my opinion, it is not if you are running anything more than a 55m dash. Since there are so many turns, you most likely won't get as good times as on a 400m track.
for a 14 year old averagly fast i run 200m in aprox 26 secs and came second for the district for a 14 year old averagly fast i run 200m in aprox 26 secs and came second for the district
For a high school level male, I would say 11 is pretty fair.
i am 15 years old i my pesonal beast is 11.3 but i am better at 200m where i get 22.8 because i maintain the speed whilst every one gets tired :P
It's not very good but it's not terrible I ran a 5.1 on a track you should probably time yourself on a track and see if it's any different.
