There were no cards issued for Babe Ruth in 1927. Most likely you have a card made recently that reads 1927 on it such as the 1991 Conlon TSN Babe Ruth '27NY card number 110 . This card reads 1927 on the front.

A 1991 Conlon TSN Babe Ruth '27NY card #110 has a book value of about $1.00 in near/mint -mint condition. Professionally graded cards will sell for more. Condition is important.

Common flaws with baseball cards include: rounded edges, creases, off centered, and faded color. Any or all flaws will devalue the card significantly. If this is not the card you have you must provide the name of the company that issued the set, and the card number in order to determine a more accurate value. The year of issue would be important as well but if you do not know check for a copyright date on the back. See Related Questions below for more information on the value of Babe Ruth cards.
