Its a golden oldie and is good for cold and flu symptoms, the eucalyptus in it helps unblock your sinuses. Its not a presciption item. You rub it on your chest, back and a Pacific Island remedy - rub it on the soles of your feet then put warm socks on. Hard not to slap half the tub on, and when I use it and have left over - I wipe it on the bed covers or the sheets so you can smell it when your in bed. Be quite liberal with it, just make sure you wash your hands before you rub your eye or anything like that.
