You should in theory practice with all your clubs or at least a good selection. Tour players always start by hitting a few wedges and then work their way up through the set in gaps i.e wedge, 8, 6, 4, hybrid, 3 wood and then driver. If you are just beginning Golf, a good club to start with is a 7 iron, it is easy to hit so is generally a great confidence builder.

A good thing to do if you are trying to improve your game is go to the range and only hit clubs you struggle with, then you are forced to hit them and you can usually spot your flaws and build confidence. Most people think hours of pounding a driver all of the place is great fun, but 30 minutes hitting wedge shots is more rewarding.

Is the Dorset field club the oldest golf course in vt?

Yes. Moreover, its the oldest golf club at its original course. 9 holes are evident from a course map dated 1886. Golf 1st was played their 5 years sooner just not on a "course". This answer is incorrect with respect to the oldest existing golf club with continuous golf at the same location. The Edgewood Club of Tivoli in Tivoli NY was founded in 1884 and has had golf continuously since then.

It is hard to say. You will need to ask at your club for the most relevant answer to you. Nothing could come of it, or you could get a warning or even a suspension from club competitions. Just check the rules of your golf club to be sure.

Are founders golf clubs good quality?

Founders Club golf clubs are not the best quality but they are just fine if you are just beginning or short of cash or not good enough at the moment to really notice the difference in club quality. Even the cheapest golf clubs now are so much better than any club 30 years ago. Put it this way..a scratch golfer with Founders Club gear would thrash me even if i was using the most expensive equipment :)
