If they get scoutet from a big european Club they will join the Club and go to their Schools.

The Kids get scouted at a Young age, they have to leave their homes and live in an Internat or in a host Family.

If they are good enought they will Play for the first Team, if they aren´t good enough they get on loan or go back home.
