∙ 12y agoAthletes are tested for drugs, if caught you will be disqualified. If you won a medal then you were found out to be cheating then the medal would be taken off you. Prescription medicines can also contain banned substances so athletes have to be careful xx

Does anyone know if unwanted otc melatonin can show up in drug testing?
It won't. I even checked the World Anti-Doping Agency's list of banned substances for athletes in international competition and it's not on there either.
