Under normal circumstances, there are no ties in Baseball. if the score is tied after a full 9 innings, then the game will continue until a team scores a run and that inning is completed. innings beyond the 9th inning are known as "extra innings" (there is no term "overtime" in baseball). if it's the visting team that scores, then the home team will get one last at bat to try and tie or win the game. if it's the home team that scores, then the game is automatically over, the home team is the winner and it's known as a "walk off". the only games that can end in a tie are pre-season games, in 2002 the all-star game ended in a tie in the 11th inning (due to the commissioner of baseball declaring a tie after all the pitchers had been used).

It actually depends on the circumstances of the game and mod in which it is played, if it is a domestic league game, it will stay as it is, referee finishing the game at the 90th minute, and each team gains 1 point. If it is cup wise, they see the aggregate, if the aggregate is a tie, in which the goals scored permit it (going into extra time), the teams play 2 halves, 15 minutes each, after that, if they are still tied, they will go through penalty shootouts, after that, 5 players mainly shoot the first 5 shots. If that failed to determine a winner, they go for a score-miss type of gamble, if a team scores and the other misses, the team which missed gets disqualified. I hope that benefited you.

That depends on the circumstance on what happens with a tied game. If it's a Spring Training game then the game just ends when both teams can no longer continue with their pitchers since Spring Training games are nothing more than Exhibition games to get their Pitchers' stamina built up for the Regular Season.

If a tied game is an official game during the Regular Season but then is called then it will resume the following day at the exact point in which it was called at.

If a tied game is called and it's not an official game then the whole game will be made up at a later date.

currently, in College Football, the overtime system would not allow for a game to end in a tie. there's no time limit in the overtime system, so the game continues until a winner is determined.

in the NFL, if the game goes into overtime, and neither team scores in the 15 minute period, the game would end in a tie.

in the NFL playoffs, although there's a time limit on the overtime periods, the game would continue until one team wins.

I'll start off guessing you've just become a Basketball fan because this is pretty basic stuff. But to answer your question, they go to overtime which is only 5 minutes long instead of 12 minutes for a normal quarter. If the teams are tied again, they go to second overtime, then triple overtime, quadruple overtime, and so on.

For just an interesting fact, the longest NBA game was on TV for 4 hours, with six overtimes. The finalscore was only 75-73, which isn't much score even for a normal game.
