I would suggest you play running back if you are fast, but if your not fast but a good blocker either Tight End or Fullback.

Depends on a lot of different things. What's your weight? Can you catch good? Can you tackle?
It depends, are you fast? can you throw, kick, a lot of intangibles go in so you can't decide anything on body type alone...
if you stay under 5"10 you could be a very good running back.
