Look try running back. 5'4 is too small for any other position. but if you have the skill set you say you do, you'll be a 3rd down back that could really flourish.-Anonymous) i dont care what you bench, that really doesnt mean much, what do you squat? you can bench 200 and be a terrible running back, but if you can squat or powerclean alot youll be fine. but 5 ft 4 in is really short to be playin football, your only real hope is if you go to a 1a or 2a school. Height means more than you think in football, you really want to be about 6ft
