Defensive line.
You should be in the front lines guarding the quarter-back since your massive size will be an obstacle to get past.
Maybe Kicker or Punter, because at your weight and speed, if you can throw then obviously you would be a Quarterback.
Your best bet as far as positioning goes would be to play strong safety as long as you are ok with doing anything from covering a receiver to rushing the quarterback.
