Do well in Highschool, get good SAT scores so that you can be accepted into a respected Pre-Med University, Enter Med School after doing well in college, after Med school select a specialty and continue. What subjects are needed for an orthopedic surgeon?

There is no particular major needed to become any type of doctor in particular. You just need to graduate college with a 4 year degree, with the required science classes. I for instance received a PhD in Physics before I went to medical school. But many pre-med students choose to major in either biology or chemistry. The only particular requirement to become an orthopedic surgeon is to graduate a 4 year medical school, and then complete a residency in orthopedic surgery.
