It means nothing really if you are worried ask your doctor. If you have just started your period a month or so its more then likely it is irregular like many. But if you've had it for lets say 3 years and this just started happening and your are on "the pill" it could be your pill trying to figure out your schedule still or a main reason, STRESS, or more then liekly your pregnant so I would get a pregnancy test to be sure.
If your nipples are sore and itchy you could be pregnant...but if you haven't had s*x yet then you most likely aren't pregnant.
