1. if you see a person in daylight and you see a ring of colour around someone it means you are seeing the aura of someone, this is not a joke if your wondering, look it up if you want to learn more about it.
2. if you are exposed to a high dose of light, or just looked at the sun it could be "flashers" that are made by your eye
3. it could be a trick of the light, a bright light behind the person could cause this effect
