What does it mean when you haven't had a period for 4 months and you had a tubal ligation ten years ago and your breasts and especially your nipples are very sore i am 34?

Since you haven't started your period, then, you haven't reached puberty and I doubt you really have breasts yet. To have breasts you need to have reached puberty because it is the hormones that your body uses to develop breasts. I am guessing you are feeling fatty tissue which is perfectly normal. Go to see a doctor just to be sure.
