This could involve using illegal drugs to enhance performance. Other types of bad sportsmanship is the action of an athlete that is a display of anger or taunting of other athletes or game officials. Even off the "field of play" so to speak, it is bad sportsmanship to make false or slanderous comments in the news media about other teams or players.
