Best Answer

If your refering to the 2011 NLCS Series "bear gestures". ^This was to make light of the ridiculous "Beast-Mode" gestures that the Milwaukee Brewers were making after good hit, scoring a run, OR for as little as a batter being walked. "Beast-mode" has been referenced in a Lil Wayne song previous to their use of it. It also could be in reference to a scene from the children's movie, "Monster's INC." The St. Louis Cardinals would move on to become the 2011 World Series CHAMPIONS and the Milwaukee Brewers would continue to watch and reference children's movies.
