España....it's Spanish for Spain.
Levantaos is Spanish for "Stand up" or "Get up" when talking to a group of people you are familiar with. It is generally only used in Spain.
There is much symbolism on the Spanish flag. The flag of Spain has two red stripes. The color red is known to represent strength and bravery, as well as hardiness and tenacity.

It doesn't stand for anything. It is the name of a city in Ohio (and the name of one in Spain)

Spain has many dialects. Dialects can be so specific that a particular village can be identified. A Spaniard in Madrid identified me as being from Rota, Spain. His statement was "I'm from Jerez, and I recognize the accent". I learned a lot of my pronunciation, up to that time, in Rota. Jerez is a city about 20 miles away. Neither of those locations speak Castilian Spanish. If you are asking about languages then it has one official language Castilian Spanish. It also has three other regional languages, Galician, Catalan, and Basque. These are completely stand alone languages that are not Spanish based.
