Districts, then Regionals, then you get to Nationals.

For a cheerleading team to compete in their county's regionals competition your team must first qualify to compete in regionals. To qualify to compete in your county's regionals you must win first or second place in your teams sectionals.

Yes. It is the Special Olympics rules and by law you have to go to state if you go to regionals, unless your'e sick on that day where your supposed to go or have a wedding or a funeral, otherwise go to state.
