Before a Netball match it is important to warm up. This will ensure you don't pull a muscle or injure yourself. Also it's good to do some training - maybe shooting some balls into the big net thing will improve your aim and help you to win the match. Make sure you put your team shirt on or else your team won't know whose team you're in. And good luck and try your best.

make sure you drink water before and during, but not too much
remember: don't eat foods that will make feel sick before you play Badminton! it would make you feel uncomfortable! if you feel uncomfortable, there would be more less chance for you to win.
