Hi,there are a couple of things you can do.

#1-run a HOT bath and then pour about 2 or 3 cups.

#2-pour some water in a cup stick it in thr freezer and then with it is frozen take off the rim of the paper cup and rub it everywhere.

#3-Take one to yourself and just REST!!!!1
