His coach said that he had only seen very few players who did that. so there you go - you can play once a day for three times a week and play for some team in the US or you can train every day for hours and have no life, but be great......the choice is yours

∙ 12y agoThey wake up and have a big breakfast min the morning. Like really BIG this because of all of there energy they waste whiles training . Next, they go and train, for like 4 hours, Then they have a another big meal because of how much they lost their energy.But need to wait an hour then play for them to digest. They do this cycle again untill 9 pm ( something like that) and get home have a shower and the cycle begins again.
fact : Before a match footballers have a massive meal and wait 2hours for the food to digest and play there match.
