Check that the chlone setting is not too high.

This is not a function of a saltwater pool but can happen in any pool. The cornea of your eye will absorb water and swell and this will blur your vision.

Irritation of the eyes after swimming in the ocean could be due to a variety of reasons.
If the PH level of the ocean does not closely match the PH level of your eyes, you could feel a burning sensation in the eyes.
There could be pollution in the water. The added bacteria, organisms, or other junk that is causing the pollution can irritate the eyes.
Salt in the ocean could also cause this. The amount of salt in the ocean water can be different depending on which ocean or area you are in. An ocean with a higher salt content can more easily irritate your eyes.
Sand could also irritate your eyes in the ocean. Swimming in shallow turbulent water where the sand can be picked up from the bottom will increase the chances of this.
There could also be natural sea plant or animal matter in the ocean that could irritate your eyes.
The amount of irritation felt can be different depending on a persons sensitivity to these substances.
There are probably a variety of other reasons the ocean could irritate your eyes but these are some common things that could be happening.

Sea water can be hard on the skin and leave it feeling dry and uncomfortable. You could ease the irritation after swimming in the sea by taking a bath or shower and, while your skin is still wet, rub in some baby oil. Also apply a good body moisturizer all over to help lock in the moisture.
