Badminton is the indoor game developed in the British Indian. It is very interesting game. It is played by shuttle cock between two people. This game is very beneficial because it improves our muscle strength, heart functioning, reduce stress, improves flexibility and many more.We can play this game with our family, friends or relatives.

This game brings smile😊in our face.It can be taken as an exercise as well.It is as interesting as watching movies. Instead of playing games in mobile phone, we can do time pass by playing badminton (indoor game)which is good for our physical fitness.
