Well, there are things you might like better than others. But a definite weakness in F1 is the difference between the cars (RedBull, Sauber, Lotus). Due to that you know which car will run well in the race and which one won't but you can never foresee the winner at the start of the race.
Furthermore there are tracks where you can't overtake so much and where a race is boring but that is not to say that a race in Monaco is boring. An example for this type of track would be Abu Dhabi. The track is nice and the atmosphere is great but it doesn't allow much passing and got wide and paved run-off areas so the drivers are able to recover from a mistake. A race at Abu Dhabi compared to this year's race at Monza is very boring.
