Inside the D there is most likely a lot of defenders. If you go for a big swing the ball will be taken before you can hit the ball
A quick fast push is not only harder to steal but more controlled and less predictable

The shared attack style will train constitution and all three melee stats: defence, attack, and strength. Training on the shared attack style will assure that all three skills gain exp at the same rate, therefore keeping them even. Training on the shared attack style is recommended if you are aiming to get maxed melee, but not recommended if you are a pure.
