The NFL just announced the 2010 compensatory draft picks. The New England Patriots were awarded four picks total, one in the sixth round and three in the third. The Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Falcons were the only other teams to receive third round picks. Compensatory picks cannot be traded.
The order of the 2011 draft is based on the 2010 results and since that season hasn't been played yet, we don't know But who's picks do they have? With the trades made during the 2010 draft I'm pretty sure they picked up Carolina's 2nd round pick. They've got the Raiders 1st round pick from the Seymour trade.
