The playing surface might be damp because of rainfall during the night and leaving puddles on the playing surface. So when it comes to the sport like tennis somebody could slip and break their leg or even sprain it.

hit on the head by the ball, fall over you shoe laces one of the strings on the racket breaks and hits you in the eye you run into the net to save the ball and fallover it. its a dangerous sport

There are different kinds of dangers in tennis, based on what your question actually is. There are dangers for your health if you get hit with a ball really hard and get a bruise. There are danger of losing too.

  • Could get hit with a Golf ball (has happened)
  • Could get struck by lightening (has happened)
  • You could drive a golf buggy off a cliff to your death (has happened)
  • You could hit a shot from behind a tree, snap your club round the tree, it comes back hits you in the mouth and you lose your front teeth (has happened)
  • You could slip on a muddy hill and break your leg (has happened)
  • Could hit a shot near a lake and be eaten by a crocodile (has happened)
