My son is in middle school and his time for the 200 meter dash is 28.53 (Hand-Timed). So I'd say around 28-29 seconds would be good.

A good competing time is 100: about 12.5 or lower 200: about 26-28

Son ran 1:05 and 29 sec at 10 years old in 4th grade....... So probably about 1:01 and about 27 sec
